Gratitude Walk 2026

The Gratitude Walk 2026 is set to kick off the new year with a heartwarming community event on January 10th, starting at 8:00 am. Designed to foster a spirit of reflection and support for local causes, this walk invites participants to stroll with loved ones, pets, or in solitude while embracing gratitude for blessings both big and small. Taking place at Cornerstone Park, the event combines leisurely exercise with meaningful experiences, all while contributing to a noble charitable cause.

Attendees can look forward to a lively 1.2-mile route featuring entertainment by DJ Chaney, creating an upbeat atmosphere as they walk. Participants can choose their own pace, completing the full circuit, just a portion, or several laps. Highlights include visiting the Gratitude Wall to share thankful thoughts and exploring the Farmers Market for fresh produce and healthy snacks. With proceeds benefitting FOHAS, a dedicated non-profit aiding animals in Henderson, this event promotes community welfare by helping keep pets with families facing hardship. The walk officially begins at 9:00 am at the picnic tables, and all activities wrap up by 11:00 am, making it a fulfilling morning outing for a good cause.
