Dogs may be off-leash inside the fenced dog park area. Everywhere else in the park they must stay leashed and under control: under Clark County Code 10.36.040 it is a misdemeanor to willfully take a dog into a public place without a leash.
Seastrand Park is a free city dog park in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Dogs can run off-leash inside the single fenced and gated dog park area. Open daily 5:00 am – 12:00 am.
