Pet Resource Day

North Las Vegas pet families can pick up free food and essential supplies at Pet Resource Day on October 2. Hearts Alive Village will distribute regular and prescription or medical dog food, along with dog toys, collars, leashes and other pet supplies, helping make it a little easier for families to keep their dogs cared for.

The event takes place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Dolores Huerta Resource Center, 1737 Hunkins Dr. in North Las Vegas. Supplies are available completely free, making this a useful resource for local dog owners who could use a little extra help.
