A workout with a little extra puppy motivation is on the schedule at HIIT Life Fitness. Muscles & Mutts combines an all-levels fitness class led by Brit with the chance to meet and spend time around puppies from Vegas Roots Rescue. Expect to break a sweat, share the space with some playful four-legged guests and enjoy a different kind of workout experience.
