Las Vegas Has a Swimming Spa Just for Dogs — Here’s What You Need to Know

K9 Aquatics LV is the only canine swim spa in the Las Vegas and Henderson area, offering dogs of all ages a heated indoor pool for exercise, rehabilitation, and relaxation.
The facility, located at 2563 Wigwam Parkway in Henderson, also provides massage therapy both in and out of the water.
The spa recently got a spotlight from 8 News Now, and with Las Vegas summer heat already building, the timing makes sense.
Swimming is one of the few forms of exercise that stays safe for dogs when temperatures outside do not.
The pool is designed for dogs at every life stage, from high-energy pups burning off steam to seniors managing joint pain and mobility issues.
K9 Aquatics says the heated water provides resistance that builds muscle while the buoyancy takes the weight off joints, making it especially useful for dogs recovering from injury or living with arthritis, hip dysplasia, or other musculoskeletal conditions.
It is also a practical option for overweight dogs who struggle with traditional walks.
The full-body, low-impact workout engages muscles and supports cardiovascular health without the physical strain that land exercise can cause.
Dogs who have never been in water are welcome too.
The facility offers structured learn-to-swim sessions in a controlled, stress-free environment designed to build confidence and coordination at each dog’s own pace.
Canine massage is offered as a standalone service or alongside a swim session. Massage can be done in the water or on land, and is aimed at reducing tension, improving circulation, and managing chronic pain.
To get started, owners fill out an intake form on the K9 Aquatics website. The team follows up to confirm the appointment and walk you through what to expect before your dog’s first visit.
