Published August 14, 2026
Pickleball, dogs, good food and a great cause come together at Hearts Alive Village’s Pickleball for Paws Tournament on Sunday, August 23, at Chicken N Pickle in Henderson.
With a few spots remaining, the fundraiser offers players and spectators a chance to spend an afternoon enjoying one of Henderson’s popular recreation destinations while supporting Hearts Alive Village and its work helping pets in need across Southern Nevada.
Pickleball, Food and Fun for the Whole Family
The tournament welcomes players of all skill levels, with social and competitive divisions and trophies for the champions. Teams of two can register for $150, with round-robin play followed by a single-elimination bracket. Every team is guaranteed at least three games, and registration includes food and refreshments.
Not playing? Spectator tickets are $50 and include food, drinks, raffle access and plenty of opportunities to cheer on the teams. Chicken N Pickle also offers outdoor games, rooftop patio seating and an on-site dog park, making it a particularly fun setting for spectators who want to bring their four-legged companions along for the afternoon.
Helping Hearts Alive Village
The tournament raises funds for Hearts Alive Village, a Southern Nevada nonprofit dedicated to rescuing pets and providing the medical care, shelter and support they need while working toward adoption and better outcomes for animals in the community.
Pickleball for Paws takes place from 1 PM to 5 PM at Chicken N Pickle, located at 3381 St. Rose Parkway in Henderson. With player spots remaining, book your team or purchase a spectator ticket now and make an afternoon of it with your friends, family and dogs.
