Emergency Pet Food Pantry

The Emergency Pet Food Pantry event, taking place on November 10, 2025, is a vital initiative aimed at supporting pet owners facing financial hardships. Held at The Animal Foundation's Community Center, this event is designed to ensure that pets remain well-fed and healthy, even during challenging times. It is part of the KEPPT (Keeping Every Person and Pet Together) program, which provides essential pet care resources to families in need. This event offers a compassionate, judgment-free environment where pet owners can receive assistance at no cost.

Attendees can expect to receive cat and/or dog food for up to four pets per household, available while supplies last. The event will run from 12 PM to 3 PM, with distribution beginning at the Pet Food Pantry located on the far right side of the Adoptions building. Participants are required to bring a valid ID and know the number of pets they are feeding, although pets should not attend the event. For those unable to attend, additional Saturday appointments and popup events are scheduled, and donations to support the pantry are welcome. This event represents a community effort to keep pets in loving homes and prevent hunger.
