Skip the Halloween scares and meet some adorable little companions looking for their happily ever after! House of Second Chances Animal Rescue is bringing small dogs and cats to PetSmart for a not-so-spooky adoption event. The adoption event takes place Friday, October 23, from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at PetSmart, 7050 Arroyo Crossing Parkway in Las Vegas. Come meet the animals, connect with the rescue team and learn more about giving a deserving pet a loving home.
