Need a little stress relief and some time with friendly four-legged visitors? Love Dogs at the Library brings trained therapy dogs from Pet Partners of Las Vegas/Love Dog Adventures to the College of Southern Nevada’s North Las Vegas Campus. Students and visitors can take a break from their busy schedules, unwind with some canine companionship and enjoy a few tail wags along the way. And yes, petting the dogs is encouraged! Please note that only the visiting therapy dogs may attend; personal pets are not permitted.
The event takes place Wednesday, November 18, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the North Las Vegas Campus Library. The visiting therapy dogs are trained, licensed and insured through Pet Partners, a national organization supporting animal-assisted interventions.
