Pet Xtravaganza! – Gardenville

Pets and their people are invited to the Pet Xtravaganza on September 27 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, where a day of pet-themed fun will raise funds for DAWG and Between Horses and Humans. Enter your pet in contests including best costume, best rescue story and best pet-and-owner lookalike, then browse pet-related vendors and enjoy a day centered on local animals and the people who care for them.

The fundraiser also offers other ways to support the two organizations, including donations of pet food, toys, gift certificates for pet stores or groomers, and cash. Proceeds from the event will be divided between DAWG and Between Horses and Humans, supporting organizations that serve local animals and children.
