Pilates & Puppies

Pilates & Puppies is making its much-anticipated return to the scenic Lake Las Vegas Water Sports on November 7th. This unique event combines the tranquility of Pilates with the joy of spending quality time with your furry friend. Set against the backdrop of the serene lake, participants can expect a 90-minute Pilates session right on a private dock. Not only does this provide an excellent opportunity for both physical fitness and emotional bonding, but the calming influence of nature ensures a refreshing start to your day.

Attendees will be welcomed at 8:45 a.m. and are encouraged to bring their dogs, provided they are leashed and comfortable around other animals. To keep everyone energized, coconut water, along with hydration options, will be readily available, and there will be treats for the pups. For an extra splash of fun, an optional paddleboarding experience is offered for an additional fee, though spaces are limited. Designed for participants aged 18 and above, Pilates & Puppies promises a delightful blend of exercise, nature, and playful canine companionship.
