Storm Form Yoga

Unwind with your dog during Storm’s Form, a relaxing Yin Yoga class at Barx Parx. This slow-paced, guided session welcomes all experience levels and includes opportunities to incorporate your pup into poses and stretches.

The 21+ class is $20 per person, and assessed dogs are welcome to attend. Join Michelle and Storm on September 6 at 11 a.m. for an hour of movement, stretching and time with your four-legged yoga partner.
