VRR Puppy Yoga

Stretch, breathe and expect plenty of puppy interruptions at VRR Puppy Yoga, a playful yoga session hosted by Vegas Roots Rescue. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply looking for a fun way to unwind, the class offers plenty of time to enjoy some adorable pups while you move through your practice.

The session takes place Sunday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Engel & Völkers Las Vegas–Henderson. Bring your yoga mat and get ready for a workout where the four-legged distractions are part of the fun.
