FUPI rescues pets who have been relinquished due to extenuating circumstances, whose owners have passed away or those less fortunate who have been neglected or abandoned. Through a process of working with the dog to see them whole and ready for adoption or foster, FOPI works to ensure quality homes and safety for all pets they rescue.
