Joining Paws Patrol LV: Our Team’s Visit to Help Clean Up Animal Dumping Grounds

On March 9th, a member of our team headed out to assist the heroes of Paws Patrol LV in the ongoing attempt to clean up the devastating find at Frenchmans Mountain. The men and women who volunteer regularly with Paws Patrol LV were the primary attendees of this clean-up and deserve far more recognition than they receive.

With a primary mission of search and rescue, this non-profit focuses its effort on saving animals in immediate danger and those who have been harmed and require urgent rescue. This clean-up took place again to clean-up the area in which animal dumping grounds have been found. While an absolute terror to consider, this is happening in our community and this group took the initiative upon finding the area to help put these animals to a respectful rest.

The horror of animal or pet dumping grounds is an unsettling reality faced in many parts of America. These remote locations, often hidden away from public view, become the final resting place for deceased animals, victims of neglect and abandonment. This practice not only raises ethical concerns but also poses environmental and health risks to surrounding areas. It underscores an urgent need for increased awareness, stronger legal measures, and community involvement to address and prevent such heart-wrenching actions.

Take a moment to visit Paws Patrol LV, give the team thanks for the above-and-beyond work they are doing to save animals and keep the community safe. As a non-profit, the team is always in need of generous donations, no matter if it’s a contribution of $5 or that of $500 that you can make, please visit their pages and donate to assist the team in their continued effort to save animals in need and put in an extra THANK YOU for the hard work they undertook this weekend that no one else wanted to face.
