Heaven Can Wait Animal Society Hosts “Namaste Days” for Free Spay & Neuter Services

Heaven Can Wait Animal Society is bringing compassion and responsible pet ownership together with its upcoming “Namaste Days: Free Spay & Neuter Services” event. Scheduled for March 10–11 and March 17–18, this initiative provides essential spay and neuter services for dogs and cats, specifically catering to community members who meet eligibility criteria. The goal is simple: ensure pets are healthy, reduce overpopulation, and give pet owners meaningful support.

Who Qualifies

The program focuses on helping those who may otherwise struggle to access veterinary care. Active and retired military personnel, Clark County School District employees, and seniors aged 65 and older receiving SSI or SSDI are among those eligible for free services. By prioritizing these groups, Heaven Can Wait ensures its resources go directly to individuals who truly need assistance while maintaining the well-being of the wider community.

How to Participate

Appointments are required for all services, which begin at 7:00 AM on each event day. Owners must confirm eligibility and schedule their pets’ visits by calling 702-655-4800. The organization emphasizes a streamlined, supportive process, giving each dog and cat careful attention while easing stress for their owners. Heaven Can Wait Animal Society hopes “Namaste Days” will make a lasting difference in both the lives of pets and the families who love them, encouraging responsible pet ownership and healthier, happier communities.
