Largest Kids Safety Fair Ever – Fun, Learning, and Pet Safety in One Event

Mark your calendars for Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 4 PM to 8 PM, as the Torrey Pines Resource Center hosts the Largest Kids Safety Fair Ever. This free, hands-on event brings the community together for an evening of fun, education, and interactive learning for kids of all ages. Attendees can enjoy carnival games, raffles, a live DJ, and plenty of free food while exploring important safety topics — from bike and scooter safety to car seat check-ups, fire and heat safety, and drowning prevention resources.
Hands-On Learning with Pets in Mind
The fair isn’t just for kids — pets get some love too! The Animal Foundation will be on site with a dog adopted from their shelter, providing families with tips on pet safety at home and in the community. This is a great chance to learn practical ways to keep your furry family members safe while enjoying a fun, interactive evening.
Hosted by the Community
Hosted by Clark County Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick, this event is open to the public and designed to help families connect with local resources, learn important safety skills, and have a memorable night out. Whether you’re stopping by for the games, the food, or the hands-on learning stations, there’s something for everyone — including ways to keep both kids and pets safe in everyday life.
Families and dog lovers alike won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind safety fair.
