K9 Trial & Training Event

Working dogs take center stage at the ICRWDA 2026 K9 Trial & Training Event, bringing together handlers and dogs for demonstrations and trials involving specialized detection and protection work. The event will feature explosives detection in a new format for 2026, along with firearms, narcotics, bed bug and mold detection, as well as handler protection and patrol work.

ICRWDA stands for the International Canine Rescue & Working Dog Association, an organization focused on working-dog training and capabilities. The event takes place October 3–4 in Las Vegas, with discounted hotel rooms available at Tuscany Casino for attendees. Details on the individual trials and training activities are still forthcoming.
