Dogs 24/7 has acquired Hot Diggity Dog, a longtime dog daycare and boarding facility on North Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas. The company announced the deal on July 15, marking its first location in Nevada.

The facility will be renamed Vegas Dogs 24/7. Dogs 24/7 said the same staff will stay on, and customers can expect the daycare and overnight boarding services they already know, plus the cage-free model the company has built its name on.

“Our goal is to preserve the exceptional care their customers know and love while introducing the cage-free experience and around-the-clock supervision that define Dogs 24/7,” said Stephen Biles of Dogs 24/7, according to a company release distributed through EIN Presswire.

The acquisition brings Dogs 24/7 to 10 locations across four states.

Founded in 2009, the company says it employs nearly 200 people and specializes in cage-free daycare and boarding with round-the-clock human supervision, rather than kenneling dogs overnight.

Vegas Dogs 24/7 will offer daycare and overnight boarding, along with flexible drop-off and pick-up windows and staff described as experienced dog behaviorists and caretakers.

Hot Diggity Dog had built a reputation among Las Vegas pet owners over the years for its daycare and boarding services.

The expansion comes as Las Vegas dog owners continue to push for more indoor options during the valley’s brutal summers.
