SuperZoo 2026 is set to take over the Mandalay Bay Convention Center from August 12 to 14, bringing thousands of pet industry professionals to Las Vegas for what organizers call North America’s largest pet retail trade show. Registration is now open, and education sessions begin a day early on August 11.

The World Pet Association, which has produced the show since 1950, expects more than 1,100 new pet products to debut on the floor this year. Categories for the New Products Showcase Awards have been updated to include smart technology, wellness care, functional nutrition, and sustainability.

SuperZoo is trade-only and requires business credentials to attend, so it is not open to the general public. Even so, the show has real local reach, since many Las Vegas pet businesses, groomers, and rescue organizations rely on it each year to source products and connect with suppliers.

New for 2026, the show is partnering with US Vet Shows to add accredited veterinary continuing education on-site for the first time. That change brings clinically grounded training for retail, grooming, and veterinary professionals together under one roof.

“SUPERZOO is big, and there is a lot to take in while you’re here,” said Mike Karsting, senior vice president of the World Pet Association, reports Pet Food Processing. Karsting said this year’s changes are meant to help attendees move through the show with more purpose and leave with skills they can use right away.

The event also features an expanded Groomer’s Marketplace, a Groomer’s Skill Lab, and a Groomer’s Innovation Stage, giving Las Vegas-area groomers a chance to pick up new techniques close to home. A Women in Petfood Leadership conference and networking meetup rounds out the professional programming.

SuperZoo has grown its exhibitor space and square footage for ten consecutive years running and has been listed among Trade Show Executive’s “Gold 100” trade events since 2014. The show floor is held in Mandalay Bay’s Halls A through F, with registration in the Hall E and F lobby.
