Soggy Doggy Pool Party Brings Splashy Backyard Fun to Las Vegas While Supporting Rescue Dogs

Las Vegas dogs are officially being invited to the pool party of the summer. On Saturday, May 30, The Jack of Hearts Foundation is hosting its Soggy Doggy Pool Party, a backyard fundraiser designed for dogs who love water, social time, and the kind of chaotic happiness that only happens when wet Labradors discover a swimming pool.
Held at a private home near Lone Mountain in northwest Las Vegas, the event combines playtime and fundraising, with proceeds helping support local and regional rescue organizations through The Jack of Hearts Foundation.
A Backyard Pool Party Built for Dogs
This isn’t just a quick splash session. The event is designed as a relaxed social experience where dogs can swim, play, and burn off energy in a safe, controlled environment with fellow water-loving pups.
Time slots are limited to 25 dogs each, helping keep the atmosphere manageable and enjoyable for both dogs and humans. While the event is Retriever and Labrador-focused, organizers note that any friendly dog over five months old who enjoys the water is welcome to attend.
In other words: if your dog sees a pool and immediately loses all remaining self-control, this may be their moment.
Supporting Rescue Work Through The Jack of Hearts Foundation
Beyond the fun, the event also supports a larger mission. The Jack of Hearts Foundation works to raise and distribute funds to local and regional animal rescues, helping organizations cover urgent needs and continue lifesaving work.

Events like Soggy Doggy Pool Party help transform community gatherings into direct support for rescue organizations that often operate with limited resources and growing medical and care expenses.
What Guests Need To Know
The event runs Saturday, May 30 between 11 AM and 3 PM, with guests selecting one-hour time slots during registration. The exact address is shared after ticket purchase for privacy purposes.
Tickets are $30 per dog, and proof of rabies vaccination is required during registration to reserve a spot. Dogs must also be social and comfortable around other dogs in an off-leash pool environment.
If sessions sell out, guests can join the waitlist for openings.
A Very Las Vegas Way To Support Rescue Dogs
There’s something fitting about supporting rescue work through a backyard pool party in late May. It’s playful, community-driven, slightly chaotic, and centered entirely around dogs living their best possible lives.
For local pet parents looking for a fun outing with a purpose, Soggy Doggy Pool Party offers exactly that: sunshine, splashing, and a chance to help rescue organizations continue the work happening behind the scenes every day.
