Barktoberfest – Reno

Noble Pie Parlor is sending off its block party season with BARKTOBERFEST, a dog-friendly celebration mixing Oktoberfest-style fun with plenty of pup-focused activities. Expect live polka music, pretzels and beer cheese, sausage plates, pizza and wings, plus a Pup Parade, dog-friendly contests, a Dog Jog and even the inauguration of Midtown’s new Dog Mayor.

The festivities also include tricks and training demonstrations, pet vendors, a photo area and family activities like a bounce house, face painting and balloon animals. Nevada Humane Society will be on hand with adoptable dogs, while a portion of October sales and guest donations will support the organization. The event takes place at Noble Pie Parlor, 777 S. Center St., Suite 100 in Reno.
