Yoga For the Underdog

Join The Animal Foundation for Yoga for the Underdog, a 90-minute feel-good yoga class that pairs gentle movement with the company of adoptable rescue dogs. This class blends light flow, breath work, and full-body stretching in a relaxed setting where dogs may wander, cuddle, or quietly nap nearby, helping create a calming and heartwarming experience.

Held at the Spa & Salon at Golden Nugget on Friday, March 6 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm, this class is open to all experience levels and limited to 30 participants. Registration is required with a $35 fee, and proceeds support The Animal Foundation while helping spotlight dogs in need of loving homes.
