Dogs may be off-leash inside the fenced dog park areas. Everywhere else in the park they must stay leashed and under control: under Clark County Code 10.36.040 it is a misdemeanor to willfully take a dog into a public place without a leash.
Acacia Park & Acacia Demonstration Gardens is a free city dog park in Henderson, Nevada. Dogs can run off-leash inside the fenced dog park, which is divided into more than one gated area. Amenities include fresh water. Open daily 6:15 am – 12:00 am.
